How often should my air conditioner be serviced?

For most homes, a service every 12 months is sufficient. Commercial systems, units in dusty environments and air-conditioners used daily generally benefit from a service every 6 months to protect cooling performance, air quality and energy consumption.

Do you charge for a quotation?

Quotations for installations, replacements and servicing are free. Fault finding and diagnostics on a unit that is not working may carry a call-out and diagnostic fee, which we confirm with you before any work begins.

My air conditioner is not cooling — can it be repaired?

In most cases, yes. Common causes include low refrigerant, a faulty capacitor, a blocked filter, a dirty condenser coil or a control-board fault. We diagnose the actual cause first and give you a clear quotation before proceeding.

Do you supply and install new air-conditioning units?

Yes. We supply and install split systems, ceiling cassettes, ducted systems and multi-room solutions. We size the unit for the room, position it for the best airflow and complete the installation neatly, including pipework, drainage and electrical connections.

Is there a warranty on your work?

New equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty. Our installation and workmanship are also guaranteed — if something we installed or repaired is not right, contact us and we will return to put it right.

Can you work after hours or over weekends?
